  • Investigation Process: DesignMaze does not initiate refunds without conducting a thorough investigation of the case. Clients must provide detailed reasons for requesting a refund and must include proof of the order. This includes screenshots showing project dissatisfaction or discrepancies, the initial proposal agreement, and payment proof.
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are eligible only if the work has not commenced after placing an order. If only the sample design is complete and development has not started, a refund may be considered if requested within the specified timeframe and under the conditions outlined in our refund policy.
  • Response Time: The initial investigation will be completed and a response will be provided within 7-10 days.
  • Processing Time: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days.
  • Client Responsibility: If the client does not receive the refund within the processing timeframe, they should check with their bank for any delays first after refund approval.
  • Partial Refunds: If work has been initiated and completed beyond a certain percentage (e.g. 50%), DesignMaze reserves the right to deny a full refund.
  • Termination Charges: If work has commenced without receiving an initial deposit and the client terminates the contract prematurely, DesignMaze may invoice for work completed up to the termination date.
  • Client Disappearance: Clients who disappear or fail to provide necessary cooperation may forfeit any refund entitlement and may be subject to legal action for recovery of costs.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes regarding refunds or termination charges, DesignMaze reserves the right to pursue legal action or mediation to resolve the issue.
